DEA DISCREPANCY CONCERNING SCHEDULE II CHANGES

Until the DEA decides definitively what types of changes a RPh may make on a C-II script, the RPh making a change should document the consultation with the prescriber and request that the prescriber make similar notes in the patient's record.
